Custom software development

Software built once.

We work with companies whose business isn't technology, from the moment an idea is born to the system you'll use every day.

The studio

Your senior technical team, without the overhead of hiring.

At Nalulaya we build B2B and B2C portals, operational platforms, and critical systems for companies that make, move, or run things.

Every project has someone's name on it.

What you need

A working system

What you're paying for is the whole outcome. The hours are on us.

Quality isn't a promise. It's put in writing.

That way anyone can check it and challenge it, and it still shows in the system long after we hand it over. Four rules. No exceptions.

01/First, the blueprint

No project starts without an architecture document you understand and sign off on. The big calls get made early, while they're still cheap to change.

02/Code someone else can pick up

We write it as if another team will take it over tomorrow: documented, tested, by the book. Being free to leave whenever you want is also the best reason to stay.

03/Nothing opaque

The repo, the environments, and the credentials are in your name from day one. The software is yours while we're still building it.

04/Saying no on time

If a decision is going to cost you a year from now, we'll say so, with the reasoning and the alternatives on the table. That's what you're paying us for.

Three years from now, if something breaks, it's our phone that rings.

Before you build, or after two or three vendors.

Every project starts wide open, and it closes doors as it goes. That's why it matters when we step in.

What's already locked in

Before you build

You can get it right from the start

After a few tries

More than half of it is inherited, and we have to work with it

Either way, we work the same. Only the room to maneuver changes.

We work with AI. We decide without it.

AI proposes fast, and it's wrong with just as much confidence. Knowing when it's right is a senior engineer's job.

What you get

Your budget goes into the judgment that holds the system together. The tool does the mechanical part, and it costs less.

We use it for repetitive code, migrations, and automated tests. Architecture, security, and deciding what not to build stay in human hands.

Tell us about your project.

Send us a few lines about what you're working on. You don't need a formal brief or a locked-down scope, and it doesn't matter if the system doesn't exist yet or if you've already tried this twice.

You'll hear back from whoever would actually do the work, with a first take on how we'd approach it and what the next step would be. And if part of what you're describing is unnecessary, we'll tell you that too.
